  • Lead Time

Typically, we will process orders within one to three (1 to 3) business days. During a busy holiday season, it may take three to five (3 to 5) business days to process the orders.

  • Fulfillment

Fulfillment time could take up to one to two (1 to 2) business days if received before 11AM CST.

​

  • Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to sales@southpointhemp.com and must say "CANCELLED" with the referenced order number within one (1) hour of the order.
