Returns, Refunds, & Shipping

​We are only able to consider returns or refunds on products purchased from southpointhemp.com.

South Point Hemp products purchased from a third-party are subject to that specific third-parties return policies.

Please contact them directly with proof of purchase for more information.

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT,DE, GA, HI, ID, IN,IA, KS, MA, MS,MT, NV, NH, NY,ND, OR, RI, SC,UT, VA, VT,WA, WV

  • THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods

Customer must notify the Company of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within two (2) days of receipt of shipment. Goods damaged are subject to review by the Company. Customer must comply with the review by furnishing images, documentation, and additional requests at the discretion of the Company. Qualifying orders, the company with either refund the customer or send a replacement product at no extra charge.

Returns

Returns

All CBD and Hemp products are consumables and no returns will be accepted, HOWEVER, returns will be reviewed on a per case basis. It is under the discretion of the Company to refund, exchange, or accept returned goods. The return date window must be within 7 days of the receipt date of the product.

Return Shipping

If approved, to initiate a return, please email us at sales@southpointhemp.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A track-able shipping service should be considered, or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
